Darkness smolders like an ember
Cosmos, never-ending
I am all alone
Heading home

A man so beautiful, so timid
Drawing closer just to witness
Hair as smooth as kelp
Dewy skin

You light out every time you see me
Terrified of your feelings
I am in pursuit
I want you

Land and sea, both surrender
I feel your hands start to tremble
Face to face at last
Don’t look back

The chest is locked, the key is hidden
Guarded against the forbidden
Arms encircle me
No release
